HELMET DESIGN SERVICE

 

Aurora Sports own in-house design team. As soon as you are planning to design a helmet, our design team will assist you throughout the process. Each team member R & D has a long and strong experience in drawings and can come up with ideas that cover all styles of helmets. Early on, you can find trendy tables from which you can get inspiration for creating the model. Our design team will then take you lead, who accompany you through all the steps.

 
 

RAPID PROTOTYPING

 

Focusing on innovation, creativity and production, Aurora Sports uses 3D printing equipment and machinery to verify the design. This will enable our development teams create a functional prototype before going to any type of toolings. Exploiting this know-how, our design team can finish the 3D prototypes within 15 days and has the opportunity to correct any design deficiencies.

 

 

HELMET PRODUCTION

 

Aurora Sports is a leading manufacturer of helmet, with more than 28 years of experience in the production of helmets. In-house design and R & D teams with rich experience, allows Aurora to respond quickly to the most demanding requirements and create from scratch entire programs and collections with rigorous quality standards.

 

Printing and silk screen printing

Non-toxic, eco-friendly paints are used during our entire process. We have the all kinds of printing machines and the ability to do the following work: silk screen printing, UV printing, water transfer printing, pad printing, instruction printing, etc.

 

PC/ PVC Vacuum-thermoforming

Our self-owned CNC machines were used to make all kinds of vacuum forming molds & injection molds. These quality Aluminum vacuum forming molds will be used to produce the helmet shell which will combine with EPS soon.

 

In-mould EPS workshop

In-mold helmet is the process in which the PC (polycarbonate) is adhered directly (with heat and resin) to the EPS liner. This process is used to make high-end helmets. We mainly used American imported superior Polysource EPS beads.

 

Plastic injection workshop

All plastic and rubber parts are homemade. This gives us the ability to maintain high quality standards, no delays in production schedules,  help you save the outsourced costs and most importantly, keep your project confidential.

 

Stitching workshop
In order to meet diverse needs of different customers, we set up our internal stitching workshop so all kinds of padding, inlay, lining, earpad, chinstrap and visors can be finished here under strict quality control.

 

 

Carbon fiber workshop

In order to make high-end composite helmet, we have established our own carbon fiber workshop. Now, we have released carbon fiber bike helmet, carbon fiber skydiving helmet, carbon fiber bulletproof helmet. Our big Autoclave can also be used for big car parts forming.

 

Assembly line and QC

Aurora Sports have established a strict & sound traceability quality system. A thirty people QC team participate in the entire production flow of making a perfect helmet from incoming raw material, semi-finished products to final assembly.

 

Packaging & warehouse
